Okinawan cuisine using local ingredients
At Oban no Ie, you can enjoy Okinawan cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. Fresh seafood directly from the fishing port is superb, and the restaurant offers umi budou (sea grapes) with its irresistible crunchy texture, as well as pork stew and pig's feet dishes that are synonymous with Okinawa. In addition, the seasoning of dishes at our restaurant is a traditional dish with a 50-year history. We hope you will enjoy the taste of Okinawan grandmother's cooking, which can only be found in our restaurant.
